Employers can choose to have webinars, live Q+A with dieticians, psychologists, health coaches, personal trainers and more, or group exercise classes like yoga, pilates, Zumba, cardio, core.
You can choose as many sessions as they would like and sessions can be as a Q+A, webinar, group exercise class or Ask-the-Expert style.

Join us for a discussion on Mental Health. Now more than ever our mental health is struggling. With the pandemic, mental health has come into the forefront and is a very important topic. Join us for a discussion on understanding mental health and some practical strategies to protect it.
Building Blocks of Wellness
Join us for this session on the Building Blocks of Wellness. We will review some of the major components to developing a good wellness plan for you! We will briefly discuss nutrition, exercise, stress management, sleep, hydration and a few other aspects. We hope you enjoy it!
